Question Removing front seat to replace floor speaker?

New to the forum and new to owning a BMW. We purchased a used 2007 750 Li and the floor speakers sound blown so the dealership sent us two new speakers. Any experience here taking the front seats off and replacing those speakers? Can't seem to find much on YouTube DIY.

Thanks!

Okay, so we got the seats off and plugged in new speakers before removing the old ones since it's just a plug in. Either the speakers the dealer just sent us are blown or something else is wrong. Nothing but crackling going on.

Thanks,
Bridget

It wasn't the speakers, apparently the amp needs repair. We hooked up new speakers, same crackle. Did more research online and this seems to be a problem with this Logic system. iDrive still works, NAV, and all other speakers, just the two bass speakers. $260 to fix the amp.
