Experience with Aftermarket non-BMW Suppliers?
Hello gentlemen.
I'm about to get our powdercoated wheels installed on the 750 and I was thinking that I'd like to add some carbon fiber badges and center caps to complete the look. I've already got dark tint and don't think I want to go fully blacked out with the grill, etc. I actually might debadge altogether, but I do like the chrome accents and shadowline semi-gloss trim. I've attached a couple of pics of the badges I'm considering and the current car with the winter wheels. Sorry for the long winded post, but my actual question is, does anybody have any positive experiences with after-market companies that supply cosmetic pieces such as I'm looking for...preferably in Canada...but I'd be happy to pay the premium for a highly reputable companies' goods. Thanks!

I wouldn't replace the OEM badges, instead use some vinyl inlays. I have black inlays which I purchased for $20, it does the job and surprising the vinyl doesn't easily come off. I've taken my car to the car wash and there's no issues of tearing.
Sorry for the bad picture;

Thanks man.
Going to try this route first and if I'm not happy with it, then I'll try aftermarket replacements.

Vinyl inlays rock, I only use them, and they work fine.

Yup, it's a cheap mod that looks great and I would never replace OEM badges especially on a 7 series for cheaper knock off badges.

I bought the Black and White carbon fiber hood, trunk and wheel caps (Vsl Performance Carbon Fiber Hood Emblem, Vsl Performance Carbon Fiber Wheel Emblem (Set Of 4)) from Bimmerzone.com...hood and trunk looks like OEM. The wheel center caps edge are gray instead of chrome like OEM, but they still look good.
