Nice ride. Congratulations.

Request: Your pictures are huge. Can you please make them smaller so we can see them without scrolling?

Is that a sport line with the standard auto? I don't see paddles from that picture.

Pictures a bit small. Maybe you could make it just a tad bit bigger.

HUGE photos.

However, I just ordered what I believe is the same paint color (also sport, but with the gray interior) and have to say it does look very sharp. I even observe that the distinctive lines in the body work which I was told would simply vanish on a black sport line car appear to be quite visible!

Congrats on the car OP! Yeah, Sometimes I think that people don't even realize that sport auto is an option unless they are an enthusiast or they buy one from the lot.

No offense, but I cannot understand why anyone would get sportline and not sport-auto transmission. Thats just me. for $500 its the most important option IMHO.

Sorry this post sounds rude regarding the Sport auto, I am very happy for you.

Two things a Sport Line 335i should have: sport auto (for me 6-speed manual is better but I understand the need for auto with most folks) and the adaptive suspension. Any other option is fluff.

2009 C350 Mercedes Gone 7-31-2012, good car but boooooooooring.

2008 X5 4.8i - Turned in 1/24/11 They created the Lemon law because of this SUV. If I didn't know better I would have thought my wife had a thing with the BMW service manager.

Yep, those two were must haves for me and the first two options I included. Later added Technology and HK for fun. That's all I needed.

Did you get adapative-M suspension? I could argue that adaptive M is more of an enthusiast option than paddle shifters.

exactly. I am just glad that the 2013s have a few more options standard. But i went the same way, picked 6 speed, and Dynamic Handling Package and made sure it came with Summer tires (my guy said summer tires for the 335i sport line are std now). Then I asked the wife what else you want on this car? She picked NAV, Heated front seats, HK and PDC. thats what I get for letting her choose..

You get the same effect as sport auto transmission when you shift the transmission into manual shift and shift with the lever. The only thing you get with the Sport Auto Option is the paddle shifters. The manual sport auto shifting via lever is a standard option that comes with auto transmission.

I thought the sport AT has faster shift times than the non sport AT.

The claim is that it's about 100ms faster. Good luck detecting it even in spirited driving.
