Thermo Top Z Diesel Wabasto problems
Hi, Yesterday I purchase an X53 3.0d. The Thermo Top Z Diesel (Wabasto) runs all the time in short bursts 24 hours a day (engine off etc). It might run for 1 second or even less, or it might run for 3-5 seconds mulitple times in a row. It never seems to stop, because it runs for random periods of time it sounds like a loose wire but I have no experience with this kind of thing. The previous owner did have a problem with flat batteries so I think the two are related.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Usually the webasto "brains" needs to be replaced. Is there any codes shown?

Brains (ecu) need replacing? Is there somehow I can disnostic codes etc?

Check the codes what webasto has. Preferably with specialized software - Inpa or DIS. Autozone free code check will not help you.
