Hard to predict peak but there should still be some color that weekend as Southern Vt. peak is 2 weeks earlier around Columbus Day.

As you may recall there was a freak early season snow fall earlier in the week that knocked down a lot of the leaves. Hard to predict exactly when peak will be.

I am planning to attending (95%) . There's a possibility I have to bail due to Euro Delivery for C2C5 car but I should know within the next 2-3 weeks

Stop 'super sizing' the fries and you won't have to charge the two bucks. This little drive is looking more like a Who's Who from the old days of Bimmerfest. You know, way back a whole half decade ago.
BJ, you are never going to have half the fun with the F30 crowd than you did on your worst day with the E9x denizens.

There is no racing at Lime Rock on Sundays due to a 50 year old agreement with the church accoss the street. athough we will be in the area both days we will only be at the track on Saturday and at this point there are no plans to do any laps. On saturday we may have a drawing for hot laps (ride along) with one of the coaches but that remains to be seen. October 26th is a Lime Rock Club Track day but I am not sure if we will be alternating with another club or organization but it may be the Ferrari or Aston Martin clubs. We may have "parade laps" behind a pace car but this too is undetermined at this point. If that does happen your boys will be able to ride with you.

The Drivers Club does allow guest drivers that are sponsored by a member but in view of the cost ($1000/day) and the fact that you would not be able to take full advantage as we will only be at the track for a few hours I dont expect that anyone will be taking advantage of this, if anyone is interested in doing a Lime Rock Club track day let me know and I can arrange it for another date,

This event is still in the early formative stages. I will be at LRP this weekend and will speak to the Lime Rock Staff and the management at the Wake Robin and Falls Village Inns,

No problem,

We can arrange for you to park in the VIP lot with a Rebadged Volkswagen, some Italian Car (Fiat?) and an ancient E93.

We will very likely once again be doing this as a joint event with the Planet-9 (Cayman Club) Nor'Easters.

We will be in Marco Island for our anniversary two weekends before, and in Maine for a mini-cation one week before. I don't know if we can swing THREE vacations in one month!

I am not sure why you think you are entitled to pass judgment. However, I do appreciate you using the Supreme Court model and taking several days to come up with an answer...a taxing one at that, too!

Sounds like you guys will be up in my neighborhood. I will probably be traveling that week but if I am around I would like to participate in at least some of the activities.

Tentatively, I'd like to attend with the spousal unit. I'll try to have a firm answer by the end of the week, I hope that's not too late.

This is starting to come together. I spoke to Ellen Ellen Griesedieck (Sam Posey's wife) and she will open up the mill in Winsted for us on Sunday and give us a special tour of the Wall of America in the mill building in Winsted.

This is not something you will want to miss. I took this photo in Ellen's studio last March and you can get an idea of the scale and the quality of the artwork that is going into this project.
