Help CCC Sat Nav is DEAD

Hi All

Can anyone one help or point me in the right direction?

The other day I bought a 2012 DVD Maps with Cameras, Not original i think"" couple days later i notice that my screen kept going blank, and it was reseting it self and coming back on. I decided to remove the disc and it seem to be fine. I had driven my car for a week and when i did the the screen was totally blank!:mad. Right now i am so pissed!!!

so can anyone help

1, Do i need to replace to get it going again?
2, Does it just need reprogramming?
3, Can it be fixed?
4, If replaced for the CiC system, is just replacing the units with reprogramming or do you have to change wiring?
5, Are there things i can check myself like fuses etc?

Any help little or small would be appreciated and if you know of anyone who can help that would be great also

To be honest i really sad and thinking about getting rid of the car, because everyone said i was mad to trade in my M3 for a 650I
