quick advise, is this a good deal?

Hi guys,

Need a quick advice from you as i need to close on this car no latter than today

Its an X5 3.0i year 2006 got 55,910 miles on it (all options with navigation), directly from the owner, i have checked the carfax and the owner story seems true, he leased it for 2 years they bought it, all records of carfax seems to be good, nice and clean interior/exterior except for very minor scratches, problem is that its BLACK color so i could easily spotted them under the sun

The final price is $17,500, so what do you guys think? do you know where I can take the car and do some detailed inspection in Brooklyn?

Mein Auto: Dinan //M5, Dinan 4.8iS,
Bring it to BMW $tealer or BMW Indy for PPI. Ask for service record too, from the owner.

2000 Dinan S1 //M5 (my DD), 06 DINAN E53 4.8iS (wife's DD), 90 Straman Z32TT (my pride & joy ride)
Gone, but not forgotten: 01 E53 3.0i, 01 525i Sport, 03 DINAN 540i MSport, 01 //M5 and 91 Z32TT

Mein Auto: 2005 X5 3.0i Sport
I just bought a 2005 X5 SPORT 3.0i with 76,000 miles for $15,500 private owner. When it was all said and done i paid a total of $16,500 after t&l. Make sure you won't want a V8 a week after having the 3.0i and compare prices too with the V8 which is something I didn't do and wish I had. But I'm so happy with this car.

I love how it totally says in the manual that the driver will lose control of the vehicle and regain control of the vehicle before the driver notices losing control. Totally happened to me and the wife in the rain. We were trying to figure out what had happen and I'm like idk... wind? haha hydro halted WOOT!

If you find a good shop get a compression reading done so you know what kind of shape the engine is in. general inspections don't cover that.
