Incorrect seat position when remote unlocking

I have a 2002 X5 and when I unlock it with the key fob the seat moves to a random seat position.
I have set my driving position into all 3 memory options and still when I unlock it the seat move to a different position, bloody frustrating. Only started this a few months ago.

Is there any way to disable this function as I don't want the seat moving every time I unlock the car?

It is possible to disable seat position memory by programming the key/car memory functions (DIS/GT1/INPA)
