2015 535xi lease - good deal??

Hi all!!

Finally getting my first BMW. Have always owned cars but since there are reliability issues with BMW sometimes, planning to lease one to try it out. anyone know if the below deal is good??

Initial discussion for buying the car was MSRP 63,400, selling price 57,400.

Now changing it to a lease deal he offered:

Monthly Payment: 599.00
Cap Red: 1,000.00
Tax on Cap Red: 88.75
Upfront Tax: 1,913.96
DMW Fee: 75.00
Tire Fee: 12.50
Insp Fee: 10.00
Doc Fee: 75.00
Tax on Fees: 64.34

Cash Due on lease:4,563.60

any advice??

thanks in advance!

Theres a thread on ask a dealer about living in NY and buying in NJ. Becuz in NJ you can do msd's and drop your payment. Otherwise it seems ok but id roll everything into the payment and not put that 1k down. And what does the money off the msrp include?

i think it includes the 1000 un4gettable rebate and cash buildout i assume? i didnt ask for the breakdown but its the best price i got from any of the dealers in the area and pretty sure that was a good deal. just dont know much about leasing and whether its a good price.

thanks for the advice, my friend said i should try to roll all the upfront costs into the lease as well.
