E46 316i alarm system

Hello guys i'm new here, i bought a bmw e46 316i and i'm wondering if i can install to it oem factory alarm system

Even if you install it yourself, you will still need either a BMW dealer or a savvy enthusiast with the proper software to activate it for you.

yes i have bmw scanner v 1.4 i saw a video at youtube showing how to activate it, but dose it have the wires to connect the alarm parts or no because its not US car

Your car is probably wired for the factory alarm. Best to get a copy of installation instructions and open the tilt sensor, motion sensor, and siren areas to see if the connectors are there.
