E-Sys is only for Fxx Chassis vehicles. Your X6 is an E71/E72 chassis, which is the old architecture. You need NCS Expert and SP-Daten for your car, not E-SYS and SPdZData. Also, you need DCAN cable, not an ENET cable. Sorry.

Where is the EDIABAS.INI file referred to in the installation instructions available for download?

3. Also copy Setup_3.18.4-47.4.v1.bat and EDIABAS.INI files into the same folder.

I can't find the EDIABAS.INI file you want copied to save my life.

I was able to code my 2013 M5 (08/2012 production) using 47.5 psz data for the following:

Video in Motion (side effect of this is that you can also view electronic Owner's Manual in motion)
Get rid of annoying Legal Disclaimer at startup and on cameras
Tire Pressure and Temperature Display

One of the changes for VIM was a tad different on my vehicle (HU_NBT) than what's shown on the cheat sheet (HU_CIC). The cheat sheet shows making a change to VIDEO_NUR_MIT_HANDBREMSE whereas on my vehicle this was labeled as VIDEO_HANDBRAKE.

You know how to this coding without screwing up. I think your skills could be employed profitably. There are lots of people (like me) who neither have the skills, time, or inclination to learn how to do this fairly difficult task. For you, it might take an hour to make these changes. I'd gladly pay you a couple hunred bucks to reprogram my car to add a few of these features, like remembering last setting for ASS. If I'm ever in San Fran area, would you be willing to reprogram my car for me (2012 535i)?

Also looking for someone to code for me in NJ. Unfortunately, don't have the time to do this. Sounds exciting though. Are there any reliable ppl out there for this? Also, what happens if they screw up? Go crying to the dealership? Thx!

Go for simple modifications that doesn't require hardware changes or change in vehicle configurations, you would be safe. Such simple changes are shown on different cheat sheets available.

DreamCar, do you do coding (for others that is.) ? That would be GREAT if you do. Can we discuss this option some more??
