My 2006 325i automatic transmission shifts hard. I have 72k on it. Anybody experiencing same thing and what was done to remedy it?

Bring it to a mechanic so he can check your transmission.

Slipping shifts=bad news. Hard shifts=not so bad news. Typically hard shifts are related to a solenoid problem and should be inexpensive to replace. My car was $350.00 to replace the solenoid valve and it was smooth as silk again.
