2003 bmw 745li transmission failsafe/ battery issue

I have 03 745li and it been acting for couple months, some days my battery works for perfect and days it would b dead , when I get it tested the battery and alternator are fine. Than when its hot outside like 80s my car will start and message transmission failsafe would come on and I can't put my car into gear and none of the buttons on steering wheel work either. Than when it gets cool out the car works perfect , can anyone help me out it driving me nuts???
