328i EfficientDynamics edition question

I just purchased a 320i sports a few weeks back (production starts in aug/sep) with the local dealer. However, yesterday the salesman called and asked whether I would like to upgrade to a 328i sports EfficientDynamics for a $3k increase including the glass roof, leather dakota upholstery, bigger rims.

The reason why it was only a $3k increase was because of a government tax concession (vehicles have a 100% registration tax here) for environmentally friendly petrol vehicles, about $11k concession. Interestingly the 320i didn't have such a tax concession when I asked.

So I want to ask, what differences would the EfficientDynamics edition have from the normal edition? As far as I know, when I test drove the 320i it already had stuff like auto start stop.

I'm not a car guru so don't flame me if I got my facts wrong

I'm not familiar with BMW offerings in Asian markets like Hong Kong. However, there is a 320d EfficientDynamics edition in Europe that essentially entails a taller final drive ratio, aerodynamic wheels with ultra-low rolling resistance tyres, and a lower-friction flywheel that makes for smoother engine operation at very low revs (~1000rpm). The 320d EfficientDynamics puts out just 109 g/km CO even with the 8-speed automatic.
