Running Problem

Hey guys,
My car starts and turns on but then turns right off.

Me and my dad just got done checking the voltage on the fuel injectors, changed the spark plugs and replaced the battery. I bought an ignition coil just haven't gone and picked it up yet. After removing a couple vacuum lines and taking out the fuel rail, we put everything back in as we took it out and the car just doesn't stay on. The fuel pump makes a funny sound when it used to run. It seems like the regulator just isn't keeping the pressure it needs for the gas to keep running the engine. We think it could be a vacuum line but don't know!

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

That's what we thought at first, but we took a hose off of the fuel regulator (my dad did and he's not the smartest man in the world) but gas gushed out everywhere so we know the fuel pressure is fine and fuel is pumping through..

FYI the regulator is the return line, feed is the nipple by itself.

Sure you didn't get the firing order off on the wires swap?
