Cleaning Convertible Top Z4

I always have problem cleaning my top. I appears to have lint on it. The top is black and I have used to top dye on it which helped for a while. I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem and has a solution.

Sure do. I did pickup a tip from a detail shop who uses one of those clothing lint rollers (you know you buy at the dollar store with sticky like masking tape to lift lint etc off your nice suit). So after a wash and towel down, I roll it and bazinga...no more white nubs.

...or take some duct tape, roll it around the fingers of your hand, and just pat the lint off. Virtually inexhaustible supply....works for me.

pollen?

The guy I bought my Z3 from left it outside during a pollen attack. Any suggestions on getting streaks out?

Hahaha, actually I had never heard of Red Green until this morning.....maybe Red Green had heard of me. Duct tape, the handyman's secret weapon (well, not so secret anymore).
