Audio issues---help

Only the passenger side speakers play sound. I had a shop replace the Logic 7 AMP but the problem still persists. I believe it is the radio unit. Any suggestions on the problem and or replacing the radio?

I have had the same problem since I bought the car, my sub under the drivers seat does work but that's it for any sound on the left side.... I replaced the logic 7 amp and the ask unit and still no change, sounds like we have the same problem..don't really want to go to dealer just yet but have had no luck yet.......I am also thinking it may be the mmi(front nav screen) that is not allowing the balance to work properly.....can someone please chime in?

The AMP powers the rear door speakers, subs under the seats and the center speaker in the dash. The ASK (radio) powers the front door speakers and rear deck speakers. You should be able to unplug the AMP and get sound from the ASK to eliminate the amp and determine which you can't hear.

Both issues are related to the ASK. I would look into replacing that first. I know there were some members trying to sell some.
