Are there any vibrations (felt thru the steering wheel) going on as well when you apply the brakes?

No vibrations in steering wheel. The noise sounds like it is coming from the left rear of the car. It happens after a few brake applications or just after start up. It does not happen on the first few application after driving awhile.
