Quote:
The United Kingdom will offer travelers from the United States and “old Commonwealth” countries faster immigration clearance with separate fast-track passport lanes after the Olympic Games.

Damian Green, the country’s immigration minister announced the change, which will also apply to two other “low-risk countries” Japan and New Zealand.…

If they don't separately fast track Biz and 1st, it might be worse than now.

Cheers

That will be fantastic if it actually happens. The reality is more likely going to be a plastic sign over an understaffed desk.

In other news, 5,500 UK border agents are planning a one day strike on Thursday.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/oly...rike-laws.html

The main reason for the strike is to call attention to a shortage of staff. If you think a 2 hour wait at immigration is bad, try getting a visa extension.
