My first e38 sport!

Hello all,
Although I have had many a BMW (all with high miles and ....cheap) I just bought my first e38 sport. I have been lusting for one since back in the day (1999 I think was the 1st e38 sport)
I just got a 2000 740i sport after selling my 03 540i (t) M sport wagon. I took it to my indi repair guys ...... after I bought it. As usual they gave me the rolled up eyes but it seems I got lucky (again). Of course it needs , well, lots of stuff but nothing fatal.
In order of need:

Slight seepage from water pump (oem or metal impellers?)
Belts
Rear ball joints
rear upper control arms
valve gasket seeping and maybe timing chain cover gasket
Tranny mount
1 wing window sun shade (any ideas on a diy)
all else got an OK from Bav Pros here in the Northern California east bay area
Even totally original paint!
150k miles but very clean.
Priced so low that even my wonderful wife said "Go for it"
Any ideas on a sound system head upgrade?
Something that will fit like OEM but have a better nav and bluetooth (hope, hope)
Cup holder upgrade? (almost as bad as the E39's)
Trying my first photo post so I am crossing my fingers.
Thanks for listening.

If the car has DSP then you'll have limited aftermarket audio replacements to choose from.
