Any good mechanics in the Seattle/Olympia WA area?
Nobody has asked this in a while, so I'm hoping to get some new answers. I live in Olympia WA, but can travel towards Seattle if necessary. It's time for the 100k tune up, and my back driver's side window isn't working. I've tried the thread(s) already, but as far as I can tell everything's working…. except it won't push the window up. Anyways, I need a good mechanic that isn't going to make my wallet cry!
P.S. I've tried the Bimmershops.com, but there aren't any reviews to go on so that makes me nervous. Thank you, Mindy |

When I lived in Seattle, I regularly went to www.FatCity.net for my out-of-warranty Audi and Mini. My 330Cic and X3 were under warranty, so I didn't bring them there. My experience was that it was slightly pricy, but it was walking distance from my home and that made it worth it. No dealing with shuttle buses, rental cars, etc. I've also heard good things about Car Tender from my neighbors who used to take their 740Li there.

Hey Wally! Nice to see your tag again. Hope the driving in SF has gotten easier with practice, it isn't so hard after all when you get the hang of the hills.
mind - why not check the regional boards and post your request in the Bimmerfest Regionals, Pacific NW thread there? Good luck!
