Unhappy Bmw F01 Problems with Comfort Access

Hi
I am having trouble with my comfort access. The problem is you can't lock it through the door handle. But you can Unlock it. I have tried both keys without any success.

Funny you mention this, I have the exact same problem but only with the door handle on the passenger side door. My dealer is replacing both driver and passenger side door handles Monday and reprogramming the comfort access.

Thank You.
Im really going to get the Alpina lip, Yeah it looks aggressive, super nice. haha
I have been thinking about changing the tires to Breyton GTR Black. It gives the car a blacked out look. Which I think it looks nice.
I'm going to go to Bmw and ask them for help for the comfort access. Thanks for the help, I hope you had warranty left for the comfort access.

Same problem with my 2010 750i, when I had it. The dealer had to order handles from Germany, then paint them, install and program. It solved the problem, but it took over 3 weeks to do the job. Pretty annoying, Sorry!

Yup, I've waited almost 4 weeks to have the job done. I was told by the dealer that the handles come pre-painted from Germany?

Yes, I too think mine were ordered and painted in Germany (so the dealer told me). I'm sure that is the reason for the almost one month wait!! It was very annoying, but it did get done. I think when we pay more for something, it annoys us more to have to have it repaired and then wait

It is quite annoying, just glad I still have factory warranty because I've read the door handles aren't cheap.

You can lock and unlock the car using the buttons on the key fob until they fix it. You don't have to use another door and climb into the driver's seat.
