95 740iL - Windshield fluid reservior tank
I just recently replaced the windshield washer fluid reservior tank on my 1995 BMW 740 IL. I reconnected the wires to the pumps, this particular model has 2 pumps, 1 for the windshield, the other one for the headlights (I believe). After hooking the wires back up, when the button is depressed, nothing happens. The pump for the windshield has power to the wires, to where the pump for the headlights has none. I checked the fuse's and they are fine. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this?

I corrected the problem myself. After replacing the pump for the windshield and making new lines to go to the spray nozzels, it is working perfectly. For the pump going to the headllights, this pump only works when the lighs are turned on. Since I don't need/require this option, I just capped the wires off. Even though this is a used car that I just recently purchased from a private owner, this was the only minor thing that I had experienced with the car. Looking forwards to many, many yrs of driving my Beamer.
