Issue with comfort access and soft close

I just started experiencing an issue with the soft close on the passenger front door on my 08 750i. Additionally I never even thought I had comfort access until recently when I pushed my REAR driver side door handle down and the car locked.

Issue 1) Soft close on passenger front door is intermittently working.
Issue 2) Comfort access doesn't work correctly. I can open and close the door using the driverside rear door. I think it works on the other side of the car but am not sure.

Are these issues related?
Whats the fix?

Comfort access and soft close are two separate things.
Do you have chrome door handles?
Do a search there are numerous threads on this topic.
Also if you interior handles are not working look into the cable or locking latch.

Same here my 07 750li passenger door just decided it will not stay latched the soft close feature
spits it out like a 2yr old eating spinach,Is there any way to disable that feature to see if the door will close normally or just disco the batt and check
