Multiple rattling noises (video attached) please help asap!!

hello all,

1999 M3.. I have an obvious pulley noise, but I have pulled off the belts and aside from the tensioner itself which has a very minor rough spot they are all spinning freely and not making noise when spun by hand... How can I pinpoint which is bad? I could just replace the idler and tensioner pulleys..

Also, there is a really odd rattling noise like a wrench dragging that happens once the car is warm (5-10min of driving really). I believe it's vanos but it has also been suggested as timing chain rattle... Took off valve cover today and chain tensioners seem tight and there is no play in the chain, but is there any "official" way to check? Vanos is making a obvious noise as well...

Any ideas what this may be?

You def have a pulley/tensioner squealing AND VANOS rattling.
