Oh damn... I've probably driven over that particular drain at 80 MPH. The left lane on that stretch of 405 is currently scheisse. I avoid that lane like the plague.

I have no need to go to the valley anyway.

The fast lane over the Northbound Sepulveda pass is not what you would call safe. Basically you can't even sneeze if you're in that lane.
