SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT! READ BELOW FOR AN EXCITING EVENT!

Welcome to the third BMW CCA LA Chapter/ Beverly Hills BMW autocross event of the 2012 season. We are excited to again race at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana California. This is NOT your average every day autocross. NO! This is our famous Drift-N-Donuts event.

What is is you might ask?

At this event we will have three distinct play areas for you. There will be a wet skid pad, a dry skid pad and a slightly condensed autocross course. You are free to go to which ever area you want at any time during the day. The only catch is that every hour a group of people will park their cars and go work assigned areas. At the end of the hour you will get back in your car and keep playing. There is no other structure to the day...just practice and play. No trophies will be awarded for the autocross, but we WILL run timing (contrary to the announcement made at the May 20 event).

Besides our usual core group of incredible instructors, we are working on securing some drift instructors. Hopefully we can all learn a new skill or two.


Registration is $65 if you pay in advance and $75 (cash only) if you register at the event. Your entry fee includes instruction. Helmet rentals are $10. Please note that you must be a BMW CCA member to attend this event. If you are not currently a member, please visit http://www.bmwcca.org and join.

The gates open at 6:00. Registration and tech open at 7:00. There will be a mandatory driver's meeting at 8:30. First car out will be at 9:00. The event will end by 5:00 or dusk.


This event WILL sell out so please pre-register. We don't want to turn people away but we will in order to ensure everybody gets as many runs as possible. No refund or credit will be issued if you cancel less than 7 days before the event. Before that we will issue you a credit toward a future event only.

We run RAIN OR SHINE so plan on the event going forward no matter what!

Still some space available in this event! It is a unique opportunity to practice all sorts of critical driving skills. People who missed last year's event were seriously bummed because they failed to be at arguably the most fun driving event of the season. Don't miss out!

How do you know that people just wont show up? That's a bummer. I was looking forward to this event. Stuff like this makes me not want to renew my bmwcca for 2013.
