CIC TV Fullscreen force?


I got my Raspberry Pi on the car over FBAS on my CIC Prof.
But my Picture is not at fullscreen.
There should be a way to setup the screen if no TV is connected.
I did a picture, without connected RPI, you can see the black borders lift and right.
So the idea is, to change the size for the gray size
