list of "must do" coding?

Hi, I'm new to my '12 550 GT xdrive and have been reading up on coding.

Is there a list of "must do" things that I should get done to elevate my driving experience?

I've had my car 30 days today and love it, but from reading up, I think I could love it even more because the factory switches off features that I'd like

so how about it....what are the must haves?

I think the first thing you should do, especially if you don't have heads up display, is to add digital speedometer to your BC cluster!

Have you set up esys with an enet cable?

Its located at:
Kombi / 3000 / BC_DIGITAL_V

Set this to Active and it will turn on digital speedometer.

Mein Auto:
1. disable A/C default turns on
2. disable Auto start/ stop default turns on
2. enable TPMS actual number reading

mo,

currently no set up, and not sure I should do myself.

I think the goal is to find out what I'd like to have done and have someone with experience do it right all at once

I do like the idea of a digital speedo (no heads up in my car)

I think you should have a look around (try to find a coding 'cheat sheet') and make a shopping list of things that you want done.

It sounds quite daunting at first, but once you're up and running its quite straightforward. It gets a bit addictive actually, playing around with different settings... until about 10:00pm at night...

F07 5-Series is actually an F01 7-Series car, so it will use same F10 Cheat Sheet.

Thank you, that clears things up significantly. Can't wait to try it! I've been itching to have the ability to open the power tailgate from within the car and dvd in motion (for the kids of course)
