Replaced the Thrust Arm Bushings and no more thuds over expansion joints.

I hated running over expansion joints before. I had to stop and check my wheels when I did a ride to work. Now Its awesome to drive to work. I didnt feel many of the joins and pot holds dont feel like the bottom of the car just fell out

I know this is old but which arm is this bushing attached to? Is it the front lower control arm or the rear lower control arm?

I had one of my originals blown out and got the M3 conversions cheaper version from ECS tuning was well worth it. I just replace they yesterday on my e93 both uppers and lowers. Then had alignment done and car drives great. Very happy
