Is the "Auxiliary water pump" covered under the BMW CPO

Hey all,

I have a BMW e65 under CPO and the car was making an osculating noise when the heat is turned on. I took it to the dealer first they told me it's normal and then when i showed them the sound they said it's due to the Auxiliary water pump. They are stating it is not part of the CPO, but what I have read is that it should be part of it. What do you guys think? Is this part of the CPO?
