Problems with display Screen

Hello,

I have a 2000 BMW M5. I recently got it detailed and now the display screen will not work. Has anyone had this problem? Or does anyone know how to fix it? I don't feel like paying a grand to replace the screen. Thanks. Pictures below.

First, this place is dead- go to m5board dot com

Second, those are pictures of a display screen displaying info..so I'd say the screen works...what am I missing?

Maybe the underlying navigation computer is toast? Ie the thing that supplies the information to be displayed???

What did the detailers have to say?
