What is a fair price...

...for a 2003 M3 Convertible, SMG, no Nav, 70k one-owner miles? Very clean with no dents/dings but needs a new interior rearview mirror since it is cloudy (quoted around $600!). Maintenance up to date and runs & drives fine.

I was told that a 3/36 $50 deduct. warranty would be about $4600 so I passing on that and taking my chances if probably the best.
