My TV has a weird thing going on with FOX football. No big but it's annoying. The box display with score, time left, etc. is just barely visible, the far right edge of it, in the upper left of my screen. Right now I can see 6:15 with 1st below it and that's it. If it was a computer, I'd click ctrl - but my TV doesn't have that option. Anyone know how to fix it?

I haven't been able to watch much yet. What, you mean his leg needs rest til next season? If this young man went on to chronic injury and a short career, would be a bleeping travesty.

I had a coach rush me back from an injury in high school track and I believe it cost me a chance at the school mile record of 4:26. Had to drop out mid season. I still hate the SOB. A bit obsessive I'll admit.

Shanahan has him running Wild Cat plays. He's getting smashed on the field. Shanahan only cares about himself. I hope RGIII doesn't get hurt. I despise the Skins as Giants fan, but I have a lot of respect for RGIII.

My friend was a top swimmer at Penn State. He despises his old coach. My buddy set numerous school records that stood for years. Each time one of the records were broken, the coach would call my buddy to let him. Talk about a giant d!ck.

Amazing. I had some good coaches and I had some dick coaches. To add insult to my injury, the injury in question was sustained when he coerced me into doubling in the inter-squad meet, after I said I didn't want to. Like a fool I ran the 2 mile an hour after winning the mile only I didn't know about proper warming down and warming up, certainly didn't learn it from him and he'd been a college star - half mile best of 1:50. Good but not great. Was in his second year and also taught drivers ed. IOW, no prestige. I always hated doubling. I was into one day: one race. Sprinting maybe, but a mile is long enough. I pulled both calf muscles, was out for two weeks and he coerced me into rushing back in. I didn't have strong enough will to buck him. Major dickage.

I still can't see the score on my screen. WTF? The web says Redskins by 14-13.

Exactly right. They could have given their backup more seasoning. First season it's unrealistic to expect miracles anyway. One hopes that given his normal looking walking he'll have a complete recovery.

People forget that RGIII is still just a kid. He just graduated from college. Of course no matter what he will tell Shanahan he can play. That's not the point. Shanahan is suppose to say no and protect the kid from his youthful energy. Instead Shanahan takes advantage of the guy. I give props to RGIII for his grit and I wish him a long career. Shanahan is a skunk.

did Shananhan take advantage? He had to clearly see keeping RGIII in the last 3 quarters was hurting the team. The first series after the injury we were all yelling for Cousins to be brought in. His throws were clearly off the mark because he wasn't setting correctly. By halftime we were convinced Cousins would come in to help the team. Totally irrational decision by the entire coaching staff...

Shanahan is a bum for allowing Griffin to play last night. First, Griffin was clearly not healthy and you shouldn't put a player in the game that is not healthy enough to play. The coaches need to protect these guys. Second, Griffin in the shape that he was in last evening's game didn't provide the Skins with their best chance at winning. Shanahan got it all wrong. The thing that you have to scratch your head about is the initial injury against the Ravens. When you see the way that leg bent in the replays, it is clear that leg needs to time to heal. It was a miracle that RGIII was walking after that hit from Ngata. The Skins dodged a bullet on that one and RGIII should've been allowed to mend. Instead, Shanahan has to go for glory and put this kid's career at risk. What a grade A d-bag.
