I almost turned it off too. I'm glad I watched the 2nd half. IMHO, it was the best MNF game in years.

I would have HAD to turn it off anyway, I go to sleep at 8pm every night since I get up at 3:45am for work.

Thankful for the NFL Network replay!

Lessee...game review:
Seahawks were tied in the NFL for LEAST dropped passes (6) coming into last nights game against the division rival 49ers.
Then they proceed to DROP 5 passes last night, 2 of which were SURE touchdowns(even the announcers agreed) and they lose 13-6.

I can almost guarantee a win on Dec 23rd when the 49ers visit here at Century Link field due to the fact that I alone will be yelling so loud that Smith's future children not born yet will be able to hear me.

NFC West: Still the best division in football this year.

NFC: Still the best conference.

I was a 'Hawks fan in the Zorn/Largent days. I moved down here in '94 IIRC and it was no trouble to switch over to Young and Rice grinning at each other on the bench as the defense kept the SB victory intact.

At least they tore down that Gawd-awful Kingdome and got a real stadium.

Some of us fans from the 70's when the team was formed are probably the most die-hard fans in football because we've always supported our team through all those losing years!

Victory tastes that much better when you're used to the team losing...

I remember sometime in the late 90s, they had a quiz on one of the football pregame shows, the question being 'which 4 teams have never been to the Super Bowl? I raised my hand: "I know one."

BOOM!!! Giants loving the house that Jerry built. Canty flattened Romo. Ouch! I am not sure Romo remembers playing the rest of the game.

I dunno, those last two drives looked pretty good. For some reason though, I didn't think it would work. Almost like Jerry Jones has angered God somehow. That fingers out of bounds catch was just too cruel. Looked so fine at first but then the pinky foul came out. It ain't right I tell ya . . .

It's that Cowboy / Dez karma. I thought you believed in that? That Cowboy loss was sweeter than a blowout. So close and yet so far........

Laugh at karma at your peril. As ye sow, so shall ye reap. Been that way for a long time.

During the game they couldn't stop talking about how great Romo is and all the records he's going to break. I don't get the Romo-love. He's not a winner.

What is so utterly frustrating and demoralizing about this loss is how DOMINANT Dallas was over the #1 ranked Giants:
Holding Eli AND Cruz to zero passing TDs and 5 field goals and 1 rushing TD is ginormous! And bears all sorts of praise.
Then for Dallas to score 'at will' basically against their defense too?
I feel your pain Cowboys...
It was the largest comeback in Dallas Cowboys history. For that I'm a proud fan. That last effort by Dez which could've broken his arm, dude has earned MUCH respect. Just wow.... Some analyst calling it Top 5 greatest game in history. I concur.

It was a very watchable game. I haven't seen Romo nearly as much as most here - I've certainly heard the rap - I was impressed with his 4th qt. poise. He moved the ball well, couldn't quite get it done - would have with a bit of luck on the pinky foul - but it was an impressive effort.

Romo is what is known as a "Media Darling".
Good looking guys, nice personality, "Undrafted" guy who's trying to break into the elite QB table, he's a minority (Mexican descent)..a guy who dated some chick that was some fricking model or actress (I honesty watch something like 4 hours of TV a week and 3 of that is football so I have no clue who she was). It's all fluff. And media fluff don't mean 2hit when you don't have a ring to back up your numbers. Romo will never be a "Ring QB". Quote me in the future on that one.

Eli and Giants let one get away from them but Matty Ice and the Dirty Birds took care of Cowboys for us.
