Help New to This(Upgrading Nav Maps 2011)

Good Morning, Evening

I'm still new here but had a quick question, i recently had upgraded my Maps to 2010 on my 2003 BMW 745Li but now trying to upgrade to 2011 version i tried Nero rom and other burning programs with no answer the dvd drive cannot read it, any suggestions, i would appreciate it, now the 2010 nav maps works great, but lost on this one, i have read different sites but i know the experts on here have an answer,
