Lease on 2013 550 GT 15k..ballpark

Walked in to talk to the sales department our SC after being in for service when our SA recommend some work. Our dealer has a 2013 550i GT with 5,000 miles on it that is missing 4 zone climate and not much else. M sport package, HUD, Sport trans, upgrade nav & radio, 20 way, cool seats, lane avoid, collision avoid, Dakota leather, and adaptive head lights. What should I shoot for a 15,000 miles a year lease for 3 years? $79,095 aquisition cost that is list price. Money down between $5-$10k. What have you guys done. What have you guys seen? All help greatly appreciated. We will be brining it back tomorrow.

There is a thread discussing leasing vs buying that I was following last year. There are a lot of nuances I have no experience with regarding leasing rates. Best thing I learned from that thread is put as little down as possible in case of an accident so you don't lose that money. If I recall correctly, the consensus was to put your money towards the MF (money factor) to reduce the lease rate and it gets returned to you after the lease. Other than that most things are fixed. You should have great leverage since the GT is not a popular vehicle, and it shows in the price you mentioned.

Best advice is really learn all the leasing terminology so they don't "dazzle" you with unfamiliar terms.

Almost forgot: good luck!
