850Csi sway bar, on E34

Hello

Someone in here who knows if the E31 850Csi front sway bar fits on a E34 525i (1994) ?

It's the 27mm sway : 31 35 2 227 364

According to the part reference feature on realoem.com, they are not interchangeable.

Right but I've swapped distributors from a camaro to a 6000(couldn't be done) but it worked fine same part just different part number

Can you look at them side by side?

I can't look at them side by side i just tought The e34, e32 and e32 front sways where interchangeable?

They look The same on pictures, i just can't tell for sure?

I doubt it. The E31 is wider than the E32, let alone the E34. its decieving how big the E31 actually is. the front struts and braking etc is all the same though and interchangable,

(in fact the 850CSi front callipers are the biggest BMW callipers you can buy that bolt into the E34, fun fact)

Andys probably right. The 8 is 4 inches wider but uses the same width tire as the 34....sooo despite my feeling that there interchangeable. Is probably not going to happen.
