It all depends how comfortable you are wrenching on your car really

A 5 speed swap would need :

Time
Patience
5 Speed trans
Differential (i think or else your revs would be crazy high)
Master cylinder (Clutch and Brake pedal)
Driveshaft
Flywheel
Clutch kit

theres probably more but thats all i could think of right now Its deff doable though

The classified would be the best place to get some parts and whatever that could be shipped is a good option too (unless you dont mind paying for shipping and handling for big heavy parts)

Pelicanparts.com is a good site for OEM parts

Check the sponsor sticky has almost every site you could find parts at

Chip (miles_trail) is selling a complete 5 speed swap package for a great price.

Your choice of suspension depends entirely on what you plan to use the car for.

For street driving, I'd go with H&R Sport springs and Koni STR.T shocks/struts.

I have the tranny and all the assorted bite to install it, you would just need to supply the stuff that wears out (clutch kit, think, mounts etc).
