FS: X3 KW Variant 2 Coilovers (New and Cheap!)
Sorry I know this belongs in the FS section, but the E83 doesn't have a big following and my thread would get buried there. Please see the following thread for all details and pictures:

How's the ride with these? More or less harsh than stock?

And keep us posted here on how the motor swap goes. Sounds really cool.

Sorry to disappoint, but no pics right now. I know, right? I'm one of those guys that likes things to get to a certain point before posting pictures. Then why list everything in the Sig? Well, it's half to let people know what I'm working on, and the other half to keep track for myself, ha. My last BMW had a 3 page long list, single spaced, and took the better part of 10 years. At least this one will be done by next summer. I'll try to get some pics before the end of this summer though.
Coming from an M-Sport (stiffer springs, shocks/struts, and thicker swaybars than a normal X3), the ride is definitely better while bodyroll is significantly reduced as well. Best of both worlds (I'm no fool, I know this is normally impossible) but it also depends on your ride height and rebound settings. |

Also, I'd love to see a picture of your car. Have you picked up some better wheels for it yet? They'd look great with a slight lowering. Edit: I see nightmareuki's silver X3 looks amazing with the factory 19" M-Sport wheels. I love those wheels, but they're so heavy and not wide enough. Last edited by C///M; 07-31-2012 at 02:16 PM. |

Bump. $1500 shipped through August. Retail 2400, regularly priced at $1999. That's 500 off and free shipping off a discounted price.
