CD changer?

Hi guys. For those of you who have the 2010 model with the Premium Hi Fi sound option (Logic7 Sound System?), does it come with a CD changer or just prewired for CD changer? I know the iPod input and stuff, just curious about the CD changer.

I think you will only get it pre-wired.. you will have to install it from a dealer.. I think it will al least cost you 2K+

BMW OEM CD changers on Ebay for about $200. You dont need a dealer to install it but you will need to have it programmed. Dealer should do it for you for about $50 but don't be surprised if they say $300! You can find an indy shop or check out on the forums for someone in your area that can do it.

Thank you. I am a little eerie with BMW's CD changer. The one in my 750i had some problems right after the warranty expired, cost $1000 to replace it with a new one. Maybe I will just stick with the iPod for the 535 then.

The future is iPod and equivalent formats. CDs are a dying breed. Soon it will be built into the car's central hardware so you can sync without a separate device. No more cables.
