Traded my 750 for a Volt about 5 months ago.

Guys I don't miss the 750, the Volt is a ton of fun to drive and I get way more positive comments about it than I ever did in the 750. It pays for itself comparatively with gas. I'm at around 100mpg after 6000 miles. Would be much better but took a couple long family vacation trips...

I think the Volt looks better than my 750. Volts are sweet and I love the headlights and tail lights. Either way I think there are a good car and if your buying either one you can probably afford close to whatever car you want so no need to argue! Your both clearly winning.(Sorry for the Charlie Sheen reference)

You also keep bring up the miles per gallon issue as if its so hard to understand. People average different gpm depending on how often that person commutes. So if I charge my car at home drive to work(35 miles), put it on the charging station at work. After work drive home then I have not used any gas driving 70 miles. If my job didn't provide our employee parking lot with charge stations I wouldn't be able to charge my car while at work. In this case I would use more gas lowering the mpg.
That's why I posted the photos of my gage showing my average mpg & the charging stations at my job.

You're disrespecting a fellow member on an ENTHUSIAST site not where we HAVE to talk BMW's. Many on the different sub groups make OT to discuss non-related things, it's all part of the camaraderie. Quit hating on his new purchase. Whats it to you what he spends on. Grown the hell up, you want to talk BMW's get your act together because people like yourself then end up reflecting on the whole brand not just the 7's. Many of the long term members here don't even reply or come on here because of attitudes like yours. I will alway appreciate what this site has done for me. I met Ilya & he fixed my L7 system. I was also guided to the best place to fix my weep hole problem. But there's alway one hiding behind his computer getting things riled up.

I see no problem with this topic, I gave a warning to rkruz and removed his post.

Something to remember: the thread was reported by a member that hardly ever post on the board; owns another type of BMW (not a 7) and was reading thru the board. We get a lot of traffic thru this section and not everyone is a 7 owner.

I don't mind a disagreement and will naturally stay out of the discussion untill it's reported, in this case rkruz went too far.
