2006 Z4 Rear end shuttering/cornering???

I have a 2006 Z4 3.0si Coupe with 13,000 miles. Just recent while exiting from the freeway the rear end (diff) jerks and catches jerks and catches and I know i'm not loosing traction? I have had this happen on vehicles with limited slip and just required an oil change with foaming additive? Anyone else had this issue ?

Check for loose sway bar bracket bolts in the rear. You can do this without lifting the car.
