My 650i GC order

Hi everyone... this is my first post here, so I will try my best to be short and to the point.

few months ago I placed an order for 650i GC, with the following spec:

Mineral White, with Excl Lthr Nappa with extnd cont Vermilion Red/Black
Integral Active Steering
Comfort seats with Lumbar support for driver and front passenger
Automatic air conditioning with 4-zone control
Instrument panel with leather finish
Contrast stitching
High-beam assistance
Lane Change Warning
BMW Heap-Up Display
BMW Individual headliner anthracite
20" light alloy wheels V-spoke style 356 with mixe
Comfort access system
Soft-Close function for doors
Climate comfort windscreen
Rear view camera
Glass roof, electrical
Park Distance Control (PDC)
Adaptive LED headlights
LED fog lights
Surround View
Navigation system Professional
HiFi system Professional
Fine-wood trim poplar grain grey
Roller sunblinds for rear window and rear side window
Park Assistant


Basically what I am missing from the list is the M Sport package... where it was excluded in purpose, due to many speed pumps and bad roads here.

However, I was surprised to hear the sound of the stock exhaust system compared to the M one ... and really would love to have the M performance exhaust system one way or another .

Today the sales rep called me to let me know that my order arrived! So hopefully I will pick it up before the end of the week

It will be appreciated if someone can let me know if I can order only the M performance exhaust system without the whole kit... or is it recommended to go with other alternatives like AC Schnitzer.

Should be no reason you cannot simply order the exhaust from the dealership. Or get something aftermarket, I'm sure there will be a few good options.

Yeah, but can you order a GC with the seat belts in the pillar instead of the seat? I test drove 650i GC and decided the seat belt placement was a deal breaker. I'm off to a 750i or 750Li. And the navigation display looks like an add-on form Auto Zone.

Looks like our cars arrived at the same time as I'm getting my car this week , as far as I know you can't retro fit the M exhaust on the 650i but you can get the AC Schnitzer which I have on my car. If you want you can check them on my car and decide if you like the note or not.

You can't have the seat belt in the pillar.

My 550i has the seat belt in the pillar. I'm just saying the location in the 6 series GC is awkward enough that I'll pass on the car. The one thing I have learned in life is not to rationalize something away that you don't like because you fall in love with the rest of it. It will be like a sore that won't heal.

AS Schnitzer seems to be the way to go certainly seeing/hearing live example will help... thanks for the kind offer

Same here as I have been annoying them with my calls in order to have my car done this week. I agree with you regarding the waiting part as this week felt like forever and I have been waiting since April, I guess it's the thought that you know the car is here and only a few days are seperating you from driving it is what killing me

I'm drooling over the thought of a Mineral White Gran Coupe, such a beautiful car and color, congrats!
I know Eisenmann put out and exhaust for the 6'er, here it is on an f12, but it comes for the F06 too, please feel free to PM me for pricing
