Exhaust Mod

Anyone here do what is referred to as the golf tee mod on the F01/F02? It is not really using a golf tee. I used a screw to hold the exhaust butterfly valve open and left the vacuum line plugged in. I am not throwing any codes as of yet and the exhaust sounds much better. Anyone try this yet? I did not see anyone doing this when I searched. I did this on my E65 and also my sons's E46. I'm curious if anyone has tried it yet? Better MPG?

I like mine as is. Quiet when you want it and sporty when you hit it.

Great video, now I know what NOT to do.

Maybe it's the sound quality of the video, but that sounds like ass...

I will make a better video when my car is back from dealership. Doesn't hurt to try a free mod I guess
