X5 Wheel Alingment

I took delivery of a new 2012 30d with 20" mixed tyres.
Lightly clipped a keen in a narrow parking bay.
Screwed up the wheel alignment straight away.
This is my first X5, it's this a normal trait with X5's are they really that soft?

I've had 3 X5's and have bumped into a few things, but never with 20's, but I haven't needed an alignment unless under normal preventive maintenance.

How do you know it screwed up the alignment???

Dealer could be lying just to extract $300 from you.... Or it could have come from the factory misaligned.

Alingment was perfect before I scraped the Kerb.
Very gentle scrape at very low speed then started pulling to the left.

We took our X5 for wheel alignment recently as it was too "toe-in", now it goes dead straight and doesn't pull to one side at all!

What were the before and after numbers for toe???????????

Any damage on the wheel? Which one was it?
