Tea Tasting at the Munich Vier Jahreszeiten

I just enjoyed a tea tasting (akin to a wine tasting) at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeitem in Munich, which has a tea sommelier on staff, Monsieur Joël Belouet.

I wrote about it and took photos as we sampled eight different teas and I learnt how to prepare tea properly.
