USAA and BMWFS

Can any dealer tell me definitively if the 6K USAA incentive on the 750s is applicable when leasing through BMWFS? I have received different answers from every dealer. I would love to know for sure from a dealer that has actually been through a deal.

The USAA site states that if you use BMWFS the discount shifts to $1000.

If only that were the case. Three different dealers in three different states have indicated otherwise. I would like to hear from a dealer that has actually used the program.

Why would you need to use BMWFS? Penfed has better finance rates and I am pretty sure other companies do leasing too.
