Mein Auto: 2013 BMW 550ix
Thumbs up BMW of Freehold (NJ)

Had the best experience at BMW of Freehold. Would recommend everybody. They gave me a very good lease offer on 2013 550ix. What made it really good is they didn't try to push anything extras and no bait and switch when i went in. Even the finance department was really good. Usually i see CA's doing all the hard work and the deal goes sour with the finance team. But not at freehold, everything was smooth as butter. Big Shout out to Eileen Morris and Mark Ongsiako . They were really nice and answered all the questions i had. Thanx!

Vern,

I understand where you are coming from and all I can say is that Freehold has really stepped up their game and has made my service experiences a "10" on the rating scale. There was a time several years ago when my experience was not that positive but since they built their new facility, they have invested in both SAs, and techs (after getting them from a few local BMW shops) and it is working for me.

Also, like most dealer interactions, it is a relationship business that needs to be developed on both ends. I have no vested interest in Freehold other then wanting them to continue to do right by me.

If your happy thats all that counts. Good luck The person that I was referring to was so unhappy with them no matter what they would have done wouldn't change that. Once you lose trust in someone its hard to get it back
