Brian, not sure why your videos aren't working on my PC but I was able to see them on my iPad.
I might have your sound beat, however I'd get a boat load of tickets this way. I did drive it up the street and back. Friggen LOUD at all RPM's This is the first time I have used YouTube, hope it works.

Why do you think Dinan deletes the dual exhaust on the m3? They have a full white paper on the topic for the 4L. These 4.4L are also not large enough v8 to warrant dual exhaust. I agree the duals look great... But power wise it will not help.

first off, have to applaud everyone that's posted videos, they all sound amazing. there is really nothing like the sound of the german V8 unmuffled, screaming.
i welded in a 3" y-pipe before the y-resonator and run an open cutout all the time. i would estimate that 75% of the exhaust exits through the open cutout and the rest hauls on to the y resonator. i deleted the mufflers/scuba tanks. Pardon the bad quality, some of these were shot with a GoPro. Keep the videos coming! Loud pipes save lives! |
