Yeah, I noticed the Alcantara seating surface error too and confirmed that it wasn't available since that would have tip the scale for me to select the M Sport.

Here's another, at one point they only indicated that the 35i was going to have EPS when in fact only the sDrive would. How did they screw that one up since no xDrive worldwide, to my knowledge, is equipped with EPS. I think EPS was an option for EU sDrives prior to 2013 LCI.

I believe all of these errors stem from using the european literature as a starting point and not proofreading them carefully. Clearly there has been cost reduction in this area since the benefit of paying fewer people and releasing the car earlier outweighs the risk of inaccuracies.

I read on another board that your dealer offered you $500 in accessories credit. Consider yourself lucky that you are dealing with a good dealer... I wonder if BMW is going to reimburse them.
